About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience the whole world and every view point in it, not just one little bubble

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going chilled girl travelling around Asia at the moment.

PHILOSOPHY

I think it's crazy that people just assume that where they were born (as in the country, society and culture) is the best out there and suits them the most. I think the world would be a happier peaceful place if people were all a little more open minded and understanding of other people and cultures if they just gave everything a go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm aiming to be backpacking for as long as I can fund it, so couch surfing would obviously help me out a lot!

I'll just be surfing for the moment until I decide to settle somewhere, if the country will allow me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've yet to have my first couchsurfing experience as I've come straight from uni housing to travelling... and no one was too interested in staying in my uni squats!

Interests

I love music (reggae, indie, folk, rock, dnb, most music except mainstream pop really!), reading, films (I absolutely love darren aronofsky, wes anderson, pedro almodavar, anything quirky or dark), drinking, swimming, yoga, art, photography, modelling, long walks, pets, and just hanging out with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading... My favourite books are the wind up bird chronicle by Haruki Murakami and the end of Mr y by Scarlett Thomas, but I'm also a big fan of Stephen king and Michael Crichton.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently visited Bangladesh for a month. It was amazing how welcoming and generous people were there despite their own struggles.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bangladesh, Canada, France, Italy, Laos, Netherlands, Portugal, Thailand, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, England, Laos
