I want to prove that travelling doesn't have to be expensive and that more people should seize the opportunity to travel even if they aren't rich. With Couchsurfing the currency is generosity, and I like that. It's cliche, but true: The best part of travelling is the people. And this is the best way to have authentic experiences with all sorts of people even if you're in their city only a few days.
