Traveling is my passion - yeah, not very original - but it really is. I love learning from the others and sharing own my experience as I think happiness exists only if shared. This is why I enjoy meeting new people every time I discover a new place.

I have a more recent passion for web startups and this is a kind of company that I plan to join - or create! - some day.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have three hobbies : traveling, vietnamese food and playing the piano.
I can teach you how to cook some very simple vietnamese food with very common ingredients as spring rolls, news, phö and so on.
If you've got a piano, I can play some good stuff as I have the skill to improvise easily !
Last but not least, I often take my laptop with me so I can show you photos from the places I've been before, especially from Egypt - I was there during the Arab spring ! ...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I use CS a lot to travel and I had been hosting travelers when I settled in Nice. It is a great tool to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a fan of Hayao Miyazaki which my favorite movie is Mononoke Hime. I've never seen such a beautiful story speaking about nature, love, hate, and poetry. The best animation movie I saw ever.

My favorite kind of music is movie soundtracks. I'm a fan of John Williams, Danny Elfman, James Horner and Hans Zimmer.
I also open to many others kinds of music such as pop, house, electro, rock and sometimes metal.

Favorite movies : Into the wild, Mr. Nobody. Of course...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Cairo, a Egyptian friend of mine and I rode horse at night at the Pyramids of Gizeh. My young horse was turning completely crazy and started to gallop headlong-drive. It was hard to maintain myself on that huge pet as I had never been riding a horse ever before ! I could have fallen and been lost in the desert...

It was dangerous, indeed, but it was worth it. That was magical. You always have to take more risks if you want to make yourself happy. No clouds in the sky, the full moon was lightening. Only a few Bedouins were staying at the step of the Pyramids around a fire and drinking tea. I pressed the "Pause" button and told to myself "Look guy, you're a 20-years-old student, and you're freaking out riding on a horse in the site where the last Wonder of the world stands. Well played."

I'm not sure that was legal. That was dangerous. But God it was so good !
