Overview
About Me
Italian girl based in London. I'm currently doing a PhD on batteries for automotive applications, my full time hobby... in my spare time I love doing sports, cooking for my friends and plan new trips.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me travel is about experiencing life in the places I visit, I consider this much more important than the actual sightseeing.
I prefer to go on long trips and work/volunteer, so that I can connect with the local communities. Unfortunately I cannot always spend months abroad, so I use Couchsurfing to still have a taste of what life is like in the places I visit.
Couchsurfing is a way to explore places and lifestyles, sharing experiences and making new friends.

The age of Reason (Sartre), White nights (Dostoevsky), Do androids dream of electric sheep (Dick) and many more...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I helped installing a wind turbine at 5000m above sea level while volunteering in Peru.
I have worked as horse trainer for a few years and performed in equestrian shows all over Italy and Europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am quite good at cooking and baking in general (Italian cuisine mainly), so I could teach you some of my secrets.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd share a nice chat about life, adventures, travels. I love exchanging ideas about books, films and music.
