I'm Emmette, 27 years old and from Western Australia.
I grew up in the bush, pet kangaroos and all that 😂 and once I finished school I left my small town and joined to Army. This took me all over Australia and to many countries overseas. Once I started seeing new places and meeting other cultures i was hooked.
A friend told me about couchsurfing last year, and I had the pleasure to host some people once I had a spare room. I made life long friends in the process and had the greatest times.
I've recently quit my job to travel around the world. I'm looking to make more friends, see the world and get the inside scoop on the places I visit

It's a great way to meet people from all over the world, and an awesome way to meet locals when travelling

Interests

I like to keep fit and play any sports that I can. Recently taken up jumping out of planes for fun.
Love board games and cards.
Travelling and seeing the world right now, there is no greater feeling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll have to admit that my favourite artist would be Taylor Swift (don't judge me to harshly). But still listen to most types of music.

As for books, I don't read very much but when I do I like to learn, so it's usually about science or something.

Comedy, Action or Thrillers. Anything with Will Ferrell or Mark Wahlberg in are the greatest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Road trip around Iceland through the middle of winter. Was absolutely amazing!!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendly but quiet person. Always neat and tidy. Can cook or help cook a meal and happy to clean up. Have a few travel stories too.
