I'm currently a 5th year student in the University of Oulu studying medicine. I'm a happy, trustworthy, calm and sometimes even somewhat funny person who has good people skills. I'm in Pori for the summer and going back to Oulu in August.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing this spring when I went to Italy as an Erasmus student. It is a great channel to meet up with new people and practice different languages as well. In the future I think I will consider also staying with couch surfers on my travels and host people when I get a bit bigger place. Seeing how locals live also brings something extra to the whole experience of going abroad.

兴趣

I love dancing. Nowadays I do mostly couples dances: salsa, kizomba, west coast swing, boogie woogie, ballroom... If the guy leads, I will follow. :)

I also enjoy sailing, riding horses and reading. When traveling I love just walking around and feeling the local atmosphere. Wherever I go, I try to visit at least one museum.

Ok, I admit, I am a romantic fool and a sucker for detective stories. :) My favorite authors include Jane Austen, Kaari Utrio, Agatha Christie and Camilla Läckberg.

I think I watch more movies that is good for me and the best ones are definitely British. Basically anything but horror goes.

Music-wise my palate is quite wide. Usually I just listen whatever is on radio or on Spotify playlists. I used to play the piano when I was younger and classical music is still close to my heart.

It's a cliché I know, but bungy jumping in NZ was really great. Especially as I have a slight fear of hights.

I like to cook and bake and I'm always keen on learning new dishes to make. I can also teach some Finnish cuisine. I'm keen on learning new things and up for new experiences.

One of my many talents is to change tires (both car and bike), you never know when that might come handy. ;)
