I'm an Ecuadorian-American teacher & artist/muralist. I was born in Ecuador and lived in Cuenca until I was 7, when I moved to the United States with my mom. After attending school there, I decided to travel and moved back here after living in Buenos Aires, Medellin, and Costa Rica. I studied art & psychology, and worked as an art therapist for various years. I then became an English Teacher, and finally settled on muralism & urban art. However, I am currently opening a reiki practice. My interests include photography, painting, writing, and traveling. I am also passionate about human rights and gender equality.

I'm a flexible, easy-going person who likes to meditate, do yoga, and explore :) Generally, I like to take it easy and avoid the party scene. However, I do worship cumbia. In the evenings I like to cook, and hang out with my cat.

Soy una profesora & artista ecuatoriana-estadounidense. Nací en Cuenca y viví aquí hasta los 7 años cuando me fuí a los Estados Unidos. Despues de la universidad, trabajé como terapista de arte, y despues decidí viajar y enseñar inglés a Buenos Aires, Medellin, y Costa Rica. Actualmente estoy enfocandome en muralismo, graffiti, y abriendo una práctica de reiki. Mis intereses incluyen fotografia, pintar, escribir y viajar.

Soy una persona flexible, tranquila y me gusta mucho meditar, hacer yoga, y explorar :) En general evito las fiestas. Sin embargo, adoro a la cumbia. Tambien soy apasionada de los derechos humanos, y la igualdad de genero.

En las noches me gusta cocinar, y pasar tiempo con mi gatito.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I like the idea of sharing experiences, human connection, and space. I also love to learn, and people fascinate me. Couchsurfing seems like an authentic way to connect with individuals and get off the tourist path.

Me encanta la idea de compartir experiencias, la conexion humana, y el espacio. Tambien me encanta aprender, y la gente me fascina. Surfeo de Couch me parece una manera autentica de connectar con individuales y salir de la ruta turistica.
