ABOUT ME

I grew up in southern Missouri USA. I love traveling and visiting the places the locals go. Anyone can visit tourist destinations, I prefer to do things that are not commonly seen or done. The locals know the best spots! I love nature and getting outside on nice days, I also love reading and relaxing.

PHILOSOPHY

Be positive and spontaneous! It will get you much farther in life, and if it doesn't, at least it was a fun ride!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't get out much... But I'm wanting to change that!!!! I love seeing new places and meeting new people. I travel for my job, so I uproot myself every 3-6 months and explore new places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I CS'ed through Scotland and Ireland! I met some wonderful people!

I work in hospital laboratories all over the country, I move every 3-6ish months to a new adventure. I also enjoy history, playing music, singing, knitting, and reading. I also enjoy playing Irish and folk music whenever I have the chance.

I love reading! I don't stick to a certain genre, I just read whatever looks interesting! I don't watch much TV, but like some shows. Game of Thrones, The Office, Rick and Morty... I enjoy mostly comedies and movies that make you think.

I am a historical reenactor and have participated in events from the French and Indian War c.1700's, and War of 1812.
I couch surfed across Scotland and a small portion of Ireland. I would LOVE to do it again!

I am a musician, I play Irish flute and whistle and have played many a session. I also play fife and a very small amount of guitar, but would love to learn new and exiting instruments and tunes.
I also make aromatherapy jewelry and love the benefits of essential oils.
