Hi, I’m Emre, living in Ankara, Turkey. I love wandering new cities on foot (sometimes sadly with too many step count haha), hunting down local pubs and cooking simple meals at home. I’m a pet lover and local-market scavenger.

I like traveling new places by pushing my "comfort zone" and meeting new people, exploring different places and new cultures. I'm mostly open to exploring new adventures.

I believe in solidarity and co-existence, through shared experiences and stories that travel (and anything) becomes meaningful. The draw I line here is any kind of discriminatory views. If you have any racist, sexist, fascist etc thoughts, I'd prefer not engaging at all.

I want to explore your favorite local spots, swap travel hacks, and share stories late into the evening. I'm not a fan of travels that are just check-ins. I'd love to meet new people with the 'Couchsurfing mindset'.

When I’m not out exploring, you’ll usually find me:
- Checking out tickets and travel blogs for any future trips
- Cooking simple meals at home and tweaking recipes as I go
- Creating playlists and discovering new songs (always open to recommendations). My Spotify wrapped tells me that I listen to music for more than 40k mins each year lol
- Diving into deep conversations, whether that’s over a couple of drinks or a late-night walk, or both:)
- Spending time with my friends' pets as I personally don't own one
