ABOUT ME

Let's see... I enjoy people, food and combining the two. I am driven by relationships and resolutions. Following a calling, I recently resigned from my job so that I can move to Austin, Texas, in September. I've been a Special Needs Preschool teacher for the last three years of my life and I'm hoping to go back into more of the legal aspect of the profession. I am very close with my family, though they are spread across the country, and I am thankful for my good friends. I am open-minded and ready to live it up!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to open my home (while I have it) to good people looking for a good place to stay. Many a nights I have wished I had this website to facilitate my own stay, so I'd love to give back. I'm also looking for some short- and long-term hosts in the Austin area come late September...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly, I have browsed the website with my best friend for back-up places to stay when traveling if plans with our friends didn't work out. But now I"m committed!

Books and movies come and go... I'll read and watch just about anything.
