HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Participate offering my house,and share my place and my time, but I see couchsurfing like an exchange not like a restaurant or hotel, because I'm working in weekdays and I just want to relax when I got home.I don't have to worry about cooking..
I'd like to be clear and open my doors for people who knows that this is an exchange. Thanks in advance!
