Being a red panda stowaway in sweetest love, searching for the Grail, perfecting a recipe or two, trying to produce a nice enough noise with my voice, that kind of thing.

ABOUT ME

I am currently under construction. I hope this will always be the case. When one stays still, the cosmic rocks that always fly around and about come and hit him on the face with a passion. That's distilled truth, I swear.

My name is Atalante [or simply Alina]. I'm a ginger cat. I'm also Ennoia [the first and the last, you know], and just a mik. I like music [early, mostly], music, music, music, words, the human voice, singing, destroying bubble wrap, natural light [actual or captured in paintings and photographs], the world, cats, colours, the internet, [en]delving into the past while being in tune with the present, defining God, over-analyzing, thinking and feeling too much, obsessing about things/people, the colour purple, being a chameleon, tea, semiotics, languages and crisp accents [I'm a fool for received pronunciation], punctuation, spelling, [lucid or not] dreaming, poetry, poetry, cameras, and speaking about different things in different 'layers' [keeping things tidy by using brackets, if the whole thing is written]. I think that the universe likes me, but there is a case that I might be getting the wrong signals, being a masochist 'n' all...

I'm searching for the Grail, trying to have as much fun as possible in the process [this calls for a definition of fun, though, and the whole thing is very relative - see self-summary, above, for a taste of what fun is for me].

I am also trying to win the Nobel prize.

Early music [medieval, renaissance, baroque], classical music, movie soundtracks, folk, neofolk, indie stuff, some classic rock, silly eurobeats, silly ebm [it's like eurobeats, admit it, only contemporary and with a touch of darkness; -P], the human voice in general, 70s, krautrock, err... music. Shh. I think music likes me.

SeaQuest, Pride and Prejudice [BBC], Babylon 5, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Heroes, Alias, House, The Tudors, and, of course, Lost. Sawyer, Spike, _Dr. House_ and Julian Sark are all mine [or better: I am theirs, to be honest], in some other dimension.
