About Me

CURRENT MISSION

meeting new, interesting people. Knowing the world.

ABOUT ME

I love dancing. I've danced plenty - Scottish and Irish folk, jazz, bellydancing, modern, Indian and now French folk dances. I'm doing a Ph.D in rhetorics and I'm very interested in how people communicate with each other.
I like living in Warsaw a lot, but I love seeing new places, countries and continents. I love chocolate and watermelons. And watermelon ice-cream. And bicycling.
And my morning coffee.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone's free to speak and act like they want to - one can just accept it or not.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a small flat with two cats. I have a small couch for you too sleep on and a very friendly floor (I have a few sleeping bags - if you want, you can use them). City district is Ochota - very quiet and green and you can be in city centre in 15 minutes:) There are two very nice cafees 5 minutes from my flat and a very good Greek restaurant. I have also a nice sushiya and a few Chinese places nearby, located opposite to a great park with ducks and an artificial slope you can use for skiing, snowboarding or even skateboard. Around the park there is an official Nike running path.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm just a CS beginner, so I will list my experiences when I will have them:)

Interests

Dancing. New technologies. Rhetoric. Batman. Asian horror movies. Reading everything I can read. Meeting new people. Learning new things. Polish folklore. Folklore in general. Music - listening to and creating it. Traveling distant and not-so-distant countries. Learning languages (or even a few words). Bicycling. Music visualizations. Ghost in the Shell. Hats. Artificial flower-making. Did I say dancing?

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a professional tour guide, but I can show you around old Warsaw - historical, Jewish, II World War or club-loving, new Warsaw. We can go for a drink and we can dance together.
I want to know how it is to live in a different country and what you love about it the most.
