ABOUT ME

I just finished two challenging, yet rewarding, years working as a science teacher in Tanzania for my service in the peace corps. I'm using my recent close of service, or recent unemployment, as you might call it, to get out and see the world before I commit myself to a career. I happened to have met a good number of volunteers and other individuals who have succesfully couchsurfed in the past, so I figure I'd give it a shot, and here I am!

I'm new to couchsurfing, but interested to become an active and positive member in this community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still new, but I met plenty of people who have couchsurfed while I was living as a volunteer in Tanzania. I've hosted volunteers and friends mostly through the extensive network of contacts I acquired being in the peace corps.

I once got lost in the Florida Everglades. I was eventually found by helicopter. It's something I can laugh about now.
