I’m happy and laid back. I like to go with the flow, enjoy spontaneous adventures, and making lists in sets of three. I think humans and the world are endlessly interesting, so I like to meet people who live life and travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, initially I was a background participator. I stayed with my brother in Mongolia for 2 months and we hosted a few people there. I've also spent time traveling through Russia and Eastern Europe, couchsurfing (through my brothers contacts) the whole way and loving it!

I lived in St. Louis, Missouri for five years, hosting people sporadically, which led to many good stories, great times, and new friends. More recently, I lived in eSwatini, Africa and hosted lots of interesting humans there as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best! I have had the most wonderful and interesting experiences surfing and hosting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have my Master of Science in Deaf Education so I can pursue my passion of working with families who have D/deaf or hard of hearing children. I think that’s pretty cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about hearing loss and the anatomy of the ear.

I would love someone to teach me whatever skills they have! So far I've had couchsurfers show me how to draw, paint, do yoga, and sharpen knives...I love to learn about people and their unique hobbies.
