About Me

I love to share smiles, positive energy, laughter, and meaningful conversations. If you’re interested in volunteering during your travels, I can connect you with local opportunities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing to meet new friends, not just guests or hosts. I believe in the idea of global family where borders don’t divide us. Hosting or meeting travelers allows me to travel the world through their experiences. I want to be a good ambassador for my country, offering hospitality, safety, and guidance.
Couchsurfing gives us a chance to live like locals, not tourists. It’s also a way to support and empower each other through respect, learning, and kindness.

Interests

I have a deep love for connecting with people from all walks of life. I believe every person I meet has something unique to teach me. I enjoy exploring different cultures through food, music, language, and shared stories. I also enjoy being outdoors whether it's hiking through forests, visiting waterfalls, or just enjoying quiet moments in nature. I’m also passionate about giving back, especially by supporting orphans and vulnerable groups through local volunteer initiatives.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide variety of music especially soul, reggae, Afrobeat, and acoustic.
Books that inspire me include motivational and self-improvement books, biographies, and travel stories.
In movies, I enjoy documentaries, true stories, and anything with depth films that make you think or feel something deeply.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Organizing and running a community project to support orphans in Arusha has been one of the most humbling and inspiring experiences of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic Swahili, local traditions, Tanzanian cooking, and share insights about daily life and culture in Tanzania.
I’m always eager to learn new languages, traditional customs, and personal life lessons from others. I’m open to learning anything be it skills, knowledge, or perspectives.
Also, hiking Mount Meru and watching the sunrise above the clouds was a spiritual moment I’ll never forget. It reminded me how small we are but also how powerful nature is.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a guest, I’m respectful, clean, open minded, and always ready to help. I can offer great company, cook Tanzanian food, teach Swahili, share stories and laughter, and assist with small tasks if needed.
I bring my culture with me and love to leave good memories behind. I believe in mutual exchange not just taking, but also giving something back, even if it’s just good energy and gratitude.
