I'm Italian, living in London for 10 years now and recently had an amazing experience living in Singapore for nearly 5 months (that's how I got to know CS).
I love meeting people and especially realizing how many amazing people are around the world unlike what the news want you to believe.
I like Tony Robbins or any motivational speaker or life coach as I believe most of our personal issues in the different areas of our lives are mostly coming from our fears, minds and wrong self beliefs.
I'm a late traveler (I'm 35), meaning it became a bit of an addiction only in the last 5 years as I wasn't too interested and a bit lazy before.
In the last 5 years I've been to Thailand, US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Netherlands, some Italian places I haven't been before, Singapore, Malaysia (few times), Indonesia (few times), Philippines (unfortunately only Manila atm), Cambodia, Vietnam and Brunei.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I discovered Couchsurfing very recently in Singapore through a friend and attended few CS events over there and only had good experiences with the people of this community.
Now I'm back in London and I thought would be a good occasion to get to know even more likeminded nice people on this side of the world.
