I love humans. I am entranced and continually impressed by what we are capable of and am simultaneously filled with faith that we will rise from the ashes of every fire that we are currently and may ever set to our selves. Our scope of feeling, loving and imagining is vast and ever evolving. I am excited.

I long to share my knowledge of and to learn more about health, nutrition, ancient food techniques (culturing/fermenting), human physiology, massage, meditation, yoga, plants, gardening, and sewing. I eagerly await knowledge of all skills and, practical and impractical.
