About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as many places, people and different cultures as possible.

ABOUT ME

I was born in the west of Ireland and then moved to England when I was 15, this developed my interest in other cultures which encouraged me to want to travel to different places around the world and experience different cultures first hand. I have just finished college and so from September I will be a university student - which will also hopefully mean I will travel even more. Among my many interests is music, and I play the bass guitar.

PHILOSOPHY

To learn something new every day

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm fairly new to this but I hope to be surfing as many couches and meeting as many different people as I can. Also in the future I will be very happy to host surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet but hopefully there will be great experiences!

Interests

Listening to music, playing bass guitar, collecting vinyls, hiking, meeting and learning about other peoples ways of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: The Beatles, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Roses, Planxty, Free, The prodigy, Led Zeppelin, De La soul, Jeru the Damaja, Biffy Clyro, Black Sabbath, Blur, Primal Scream and loads more along those lines...
Movies: Black comedies like In Bruge, cheesy comedies like Airplane but also tense thrillers such as Inception and The Departed. Basically anything with a good plot!
Books: Jack Kerouac.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to the ancient city of Teotihuacan in Mexico and climbed to the top of the pyramid of the Sun and placed my finger on the silver dot at the top and held my hand to the sun and felt an instant rush of energy run through my body.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm sort of like a handy little book of useless (but interesting) knowledge!
