ABOUT ME

I have been abroad for the past year in India, Tanzania, New Zealand and Mexico and am looking to spend a little time exploring a new place before I consider myself officially back in the "real world". My time travelling has been spent with this program called the International Honors Program: Rethinking Globalization and it has been the most surreal, overwhelming past 8 months. I don't know what else to put into this "all about you" because I know that when I get back to the states I will be becoming a new person...however cliche.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy changes a lot but right now my main idea is to seek every opportunity in life but expect nothing because no matter how similar everyday seems you never know what will happen tomorrow. Embrace the absurdity and evanescence of life and you will have everything.

Movies: I always forget like my "favorite movies" but I am always down to watch Fight Club and The Big Lebowski and LOVE all horror no matter how bad because then it's just funny

Books: Just read The Beach and loved it and Global Brain by Howard Bloom blew my mind even if you can't take all of it to heart. really big dork when it comes to reading books on primatology and animal behavior. currently reading 1984 because it was just one of those things I never got around to.
