ABOUT ME

Well, what can I say... working to live, living for weekends. I work in education as an IT Manager and do translation/interpreting on the side. Like acoustic music and soft rock, enjoy going out or staying in. A drink's good, but I can get along without one (I'm usually Mr Wheels). I'm generally a contented kind of guy but can be spontaneous when I want to be as well.

I play a few instruments (mainly piano) and sing acoustically. I can pontificate and philosophise till the early hours of the morning, and I like to meet a wide range of people with differing experiences of the world. I have spent a LOT of time in Holland.

I live in Crewe in the North-West of England. There's not much to do here, but as a railway hub it's a gateway to some of England's big, historic cities like Chester, Manchester and Liverpool (all less than an hour away on the train or by car).
