ABOUT ME

My Ex-husband , Ed and I did long distance motorcycle touring. I am interested in photography ( more so with my ex-Ed ). I use Apple devices I play the piano, some classical and some modern. I enjoy helping people. I especially liked teaching the little ones around six and seven years old and adults.

I can often show you the immediate area. I don’t smoke so i encourage you to not do so. I usually go to bed around ten/ten thirty.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy hosting and do so frequently. Travelers tell me that the experience I provide is well above average. If I think you are inconsiderate to me, or you prevent other CSer's from visiting due to your actions, I shall not give you a positive report. Look at the write-ups from guests and look at the number of Vouches the two of us have. Amazing, interesting and helpful guests are interspersed with others who have no interest in reciprocity and are just looking for a place to "crash". Requests from the former group are preferred as well as those with hosting experience. Please familiarize yourself with Couch surfing etiquette prior to sending your request.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a member for fifteen years. If the world were composed of typical Couch surfers, it would be a kinder, friendlier, more gentle place. We have met many interesting people and hope to continue doing so. Read the How I Participate section prior to submitting your request.
Careful readers of our profile will note that I wrote a negative report about a young woman and she responded in kind. Her visit is what my husband and I cite when asked about the downsides of Couch surfing. For what it is worth, a Couchsurfing relative of hers wrote us a note apologizing for her and explaining the probable cause.

What do you like to watch, read, and listen to? I have eclectic tastes in all three categories. Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts is a must read. Love Smooth Jazz, folk music, classical music, music from movies. I have hundreds of movies on CD's. I can recommend a few that take place in Utah. The best entertainment is to talk with your guests, in my opinion.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My Ex and I rode the haul road in Alaska from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay. He, by the way , is a million mile motorcyclist. The weather changed four times, the scenery and wildlife were spectacular. We actually saw the sun go down. Very few motorcyclists are skilled enough to ride two up on that road. Very few women have had my experience.
