HI! I am 24 years old, having just graduated from the University of Oregon. I studied Journalism and Communication with an emphasis in Advertising. I am also interested in Digital Arts and photoshop. I am traveling the world for a year and have so far been to Argentina, Australia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and India. Europe next stop! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Honestly I haven't couchsurfed yet, but I am a really nice person trying to meet new people and learn all I can about other cultures and the way other people view the world.

Interests

Some things that I am interested in include: traveling to exotic places, Vintage pin-up girl posters and art posters. Bumbershoot music festival in Seattle. Burning Man art festival in Nevada. Astronomy and astrology, Art history, museums, photography, fused and blown glass, poetry, short stories, and psychology. Writing letters and postcards to friends and sending them through the snail mail, unique stamps to complement my snail mail letters, The Oregonian newspaper. Interior decorating magazines, people watching, shoes, wine & cheese parties, dive bars, waterpolo, playing frisbee, long boarding, surfing, Boxing, running, water balloon fights, snorkeling, the beach, the ocean, and sunshine. Going on adventures, long car trips, and treasure hunts.

For music at the moment I like Lyrics Born, Jurassic 5, Latyrx, Jem, Portishead, Muse, Brazillian Girls, Wu-Tang Clan, Rosin Murphy, Erykah Badu, Bitter:Sweet, Joss Stone, Madonna, Dirty Dancing Havana Nights, Sublime, Pepper, Britney Spears, Black Eyed Peas, Gorillaz, Basement Jaxx, M.I.A., old school rap, and mostly everything from the electronic genre.

For movies I love anything funny, so Knocked Up, Princess Bride, Night at the Roxbury, Dodgeball, Anchorman, Orgasmo, Cider House Rules, Death Becomes Her, She Devil, Pleasantville, Super Troopers, Road Trip, Office Space, The Sweetest Thing, The Emperors New Groove, 50 First Dates, Love Actually, and Shrek 2 are some of my faves.
