ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Monique and I'm 33. I'm a freeminded creative person who loves to do all kinds of things! Draw, sing, paint, tribaldance and photography. I love being active and like to work out as well and I love animals and nature very much.. :) Travelling is something I enjoy as wel;, with friends or by myself. :-) I have been to Australie, Tunesia, Greece, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina.

I'm currently living in Kaatsheuvel, which is in the South of the Netherlands.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've had many people couchsurf at my place when I was living in Leewarden. Unfortunately, it is not possible to host people anymore where I'm living now. Hopefully this will change in the future, but nevertheless, I just love the couchsurf community and want to share happiness and joy around when people are visiting Kaatsheuvel or Tilburg and would love to show them around! And hopefully have wonderful adventures together! :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My time in Leeuwarden was my prime time concerning couchsurf experiences. I've met so many wonderful people along the way! I've couchsurfed myself in Belgium and it was so nice to feel at home instantly!

Music is what I like more! Funk, rock techno, goa, classic rock.. I like almost everthing..

Movies: die Edukators, Trainspotting, American History X, Artficial intelligence, Deep impact, The green mile.

Books: I love psychological thrillers. :-) Preston and Child are my favorite writers!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Too many things I love to look back at.. :) I think the most impressive thing I did was going to South Africa for an external module for school, where I didn't know anyone. I had to travel by myself for the first time and when I arrived, I was introduced to a group of people who already knew each other a little bit. I made great friends there and had an awesome time!
