About Me

I was born in Japan and grew up in 3 countries: Japan, Germany, and Korea. I have lived in Düsseldorf, Germany for 6years and Seoul, Korea for 4years. Right now, I live in Tokyo and study in Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Growing in various countries has allowed me to learn different cultures and languages. I am very passionate about experiencing and learning different cultures and languages. So I decided to study at Göttongen University to improve my German. I love everything about Germany so far -- its culture, food, people, architecture, and so much more. My goal is to travel to as many cities in Germany as possible this year.

I love playing sports (like Volleyball, swimming, running, and currently I’m into cheerleading!!) being active, and meeting new people. I'd like to devote this year to trying new things in every sense of the word.

As I was a Highschool student, I haven't travelled very much. When I have travelled, I've used hostels. Thus, I haven't used Couchsurfing before, which is why I don't have any references. However, I can promise you that I will give you and your home the utmost respect, and I ask that you let me know if you ever feel like I am not doing so. I'll do my best to rectify my behavior quickly!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people and learn from their experiences, exchange viewpoints, and reach a deeper understanding of the cultures of places I visit. I believe couchsurfing is an excellent avenue of achieving such goals, and I am confident that you feel the same as hosts. :)
