Overview
About Me
I am an easy going, non-judgmental person that enjoys meeting and interacting with new people. I love learning new things. I always have a book in my hand or a podcast in my ear. I should probably work on mindfulness a little more... I am graduating from Tufts with my PhD in chemistry pretty soon and get asked that question too many times from my family and friends but you can ask too, I'll make something up. I think you'll enjoy my presence?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would rather stay in a friendly home than in a Red Roof Inn when I am journeying from point A to point B. I would like to host but I am currently staying with my brother so I don't think it would be a very acceptable thing for me to do...

Music, Movies, and Books
I like anything from oldies to electronic music. I played the clarinet for many moons. Movies aren't really my jam but I think Fight Club is my favorite. I devour books 1k pages at a time. Mostly world building fantasy books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I grew up on a lighthouse and spend a lot of my summer weekends out there with my family to this day. I just built an automatic chicken coop door opener for my brother. I look forward to doing some worldly good with my chemistry degree.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hm I am not sure what this field wants. Yes, I do all those things. If you have chemistry, physics, or math questions I can fumble my way through a best guess. I have stories to share but nothing prepared.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my company. I am a fairly good cook. I believe in returning the favor so if there is something I can help you with please don't hesitate to ask. I can perform basic car repairs with confidence. Let's have a conversation and see what happens!
