Just rolling with what comes...i live because I am alive...feelings they are good to feel, they don't feel so good when bottled up or resisted...thoughts I try not to think too much, not the easiest thing to do.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Taught tae Kwan do in Korea, backpacked Europe twice, ran with the bulls, travelled Asia...good food there....climbed some pretty cool rocks...been eating a diet of fruits and veggies for the past year, that's a little different.
