Just rolling with what comes...i live because I am alive...feelings they are good to feel, they don't feel so good when bottled up or resisted...thoughts I try not to think too much, not the easiest thing to do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taught tae Kwan do in Korea, backpacked Europe twice, ran with the bulls, travelled Asia...good food there....climbed some pretty cool rocks...been eating a diet of fruits and veggies for the past year, that's a little different.

I could help teach how to prepare fruits and vegetables in a simple and delicious way....would love to prepare healthy meals for anyone that is open to share their home, if that's what you'd want for dinner.
