Born in NY, grew up in NJ and now living in Florida. I've always enjoyed the culinary experience so I have worked in the front and back of house and everything in between in the restaurant biz. Cooking has always been one of my great sources of joy! I have also worked in construction doing cabinetry and carpentry for almost ten years. I am recently divorced from a ten year relationship so I am taking the opportunity to travel and see what paths life might take me down. Surfing is my passion and its more of a lifestyle than a hobby.

I like it all! As cliche as that seems.. Raggae, rock, folk, country, punk, alternative, some rap, blues, funk, techno, pop.
Don't really watch tv that much anymore, Netflix on the laptop is it. But if I do, Walking Dead, Anthony Bourdain, Hell on Wheels, SOA, Dexter, Bones,
Blue Planet..
For books I'm more into non-fiction.
