Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing to meet interesting people, have authentic experiences, and get a local perspective of every place I visit. This year, I plan to travel from Italy to China through the silk road, and along the way, I want to explore various cities and cultures. I'm excited to connect with others who share a passion for travel, and discovering the world, and maybe learn something new from those who have lived experiences different from mine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music of all genres, especially those with more rhythm. It gives me energy and inspiration. As for books, I’m currently reading a lot to prepare for my upcoming trip, both to organize it and to dive into stories about Asia, like the works of Tiziano Terzani and Marco Polo's The Silk Road.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once in Tromsø, Norway, after a snowstorm, we parked in what we thought was a parking lot—turns out it wasn’t. The car sank deep into the snow. Luckily, a kind local showed up with a shovel and helped us get out. Norwegian hospitality at its finest!
