ABOUT ME

I grew up in San Diego, California. I served in Peru as a member of the Peace Corps from '08 to '11. Before that, you could have found me on any given day at the beach playing volleyball, riding my bike on trails or on the road, at the gym or in a restaurant enjoying the variety of fine cuisine in southern California. I have a particular interest in health and comedy. I like to goof off more than anything else. I moved to Austin in August '12 to study health behavior/health education. Crecia en San Diego, California. Trabajaba en el Peru como un Voluntario del Cuerpo De Paz desde '08 hasta '11. Antes de ir al Peru, me pudieras haber encontrado cualquier dia en la playa, jugando voley, manejando mi bicicleta en las montanas o pista, en el gimnasio o en algun restaurante disfrutando la gastronomia del sur de California. Tengo un interes particular en la salud y la comedia. Me gusta hacer travesuras mas que cualquiera otra cosa. Me mude a Austin, TX en agosto del '12 para estudiar education de la salud an la Universidad de Texas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was surfin' couches before this website even existed, this profile is just a formality. I pride myself for being a pretty gracious host (family tradition) so CS is perfect for a guy like me. I haven't had the chance to surf too many couches, but have had quite a few surfers. I think it's the best way to know a place you're just visiting.Yo surfeaba sofas antes de que existiera este sitio, mi perfil es una formalidad no mas. Pienso que acomodo bien a mis huespedes (tradicion familiar) entonces CS es perfecto para mi. No he tenido la oportunidad surfear a muchas sofas, pero he recibido a varios. Yo creo que sea la mejor manera de conocer bien el lugar que estas visitando.

I was accepted into a Peruvian family. I lived with them for two years and they love and care for me as much as they love and care for any other member of the family. Their genuineness and generosity amazes me.Una familia peruana me recibio como miembro de la familia. Vivia con ellos por dos anos. Me aman y me tratan si fuera un miembro verdadero de la familia.
