About Me

🌱Hello! Ahoj! Ciao! I am an Italian student and I grew up in Northen Italy really close to the Alps, where I am currently living with my parents. I study social education and I do volunteering in different places close to my home, with teenagers and others people.

❄️ In the past, I lived in Czechia for a european volunteering project. It was my first time living abroad, I loved this opportunity of getting to know a different country, now I am very affectionate to that place and I try to go there as often as possible. Jestli jste z České republiky, ráda budu mluvit s vámi česky!

🌈 Before moving there I lived as a volunteer in an international community in the Alps. What was I doing there? Well, mostly waking up before everybody, contemplate the landscape, then cooking breakfast, washing the dishes all day long and collecting trash, and learning how it is to live together with others with a common project. Community and solidarity are fundamental to me.

🌻 I spend my life looking for beauty in everything and everyone. Meeting beauty in Science made me study Chemistry, seeing beauty in people was making me want to go to work every day while in Czechia.

👥 I enjoy spending time with people doing simple things, walking in the nature, cooking, talking about things that make us passionate. I am curious to discover what people love and get joy from.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to travel is by meeting people and sharing time with them. The more I travel this way, the more I am convinced the best way to get in contact with a place is by sharing time with people who live there. Every meeting with new people from different places ends up being a gift to me.
