Music, Movies, and Books

I love all sorts of music but I do particularly love the Indie/folky style bands out there. Can't go wrong with the jazzy rock side of the street and on occasion I can get down with rap. In terms of movies I think Shawshank Redemption is my favorite but I love many categories: thrillers, documentaries, silly comedy/romantic movies, but I'm not a huge fan of scary movies (I get too scared..). Also a big reader, I enjoy a lot of nonfiction books and that's typically what I stick to reading (especially on the subject of meditation or spirituality/contemplation) but I do love fictional series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Colombia for 2 weeks with my best friend 2 years ago and caught the travel bug and want to keep it going (of course 2 years later). I did the 4 day trek to the lost city! Highly recommend for any of you South America fans out there

I'm very into meditation, some spiritual principles (mostly Eastern) and I would love to share my experience on anything related to that.
