I am a lively and caring girl who is amazed at everything surrounding us, from natural wonders to human achievements, to surreal phenomenons or musical melodies. I love positive people who like to share and exchange knowledge and experiences, and who value the virtues of trust and sincerity. I am capable of adapting to different circumstances and trying to make the most of them. I also like building long-lasting friendships. I think the world can only become a better place if there is more understanding across cultures, hence my passion for travelling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've both surfed and hosted, although in the recent years I have not been so active. Sadly, the CS ideology of meeting strangers while travelling and sharing genuine experiences seems to have attracted creepy individuals with unhealthy agendas. While I am certain that the initial fraternal spirit remains alive somewhere, it has slightly put me off this otherwise amazing platform.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I entered the CS community I had couch-surfed before but never intently. I've been lucky enough to encounter wonderful people along my way, in different travels in North America and Africa who greeted me and made my trip unforgettable. I hope to meet other great people to share good times. I couch-surfed in Europe afterwards and without a doubt all my hosts contributed to a wonderful multicultural experience.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went on a cooperation trip to Mali in West Africa to build a micro-loan system in a rural community. That sparked my interest for international cooperation and I then went on to volunteer for community reforestation project in India and Haiti.
