Centres d'intérêt

I love nature, I practice meditation and everything related to it: yoga, tai chi, qi gong, kung fu... and I also walk a lot, and I prefer to ride my bicycle. I think I'm very eco-friendly. I'm part of a group of reiki healers, people who seek for a new level of consciouness, and they help many other people. And I also teach my own style of exercises, based on everything I do, including some forms of meditation. Up to now, I have around 90 students!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Once I travelled to a very far away place in Brazil, alone. I camped there 4 days, near some awesome canyons, waterfalls, and an exotic wilderness. Yeah I was very upset with my life and with the system, and I wanted to change everything... Actually I still am upset with the system so I'm planning something great to change, if not the whole world, at least my own life and friend's!
And it might sound weird, but I've seen many UFOs, maybe more than 15... and I know I'm not crazy because some of my family and friends saw that too.
