About Me

Hi! My name is Erick, a proud Bolivian from Cochabamba now living in the vibrant city of Brussels. I love to travel and experience different cultures, and that's why I joined Couchsurfing. I believe that traveling is about creating meaningful connections with locals, and I'm eager to learn about the culture and customs of the places I visit.

I look forward to meeting new friends and hosting travelers in Brussels. Whether we go for a beer, take a walk through the city, or cook together

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I believe that traveling is about more than just seeing new sights. It's about creating meaningful connections with locals and experiencing a place like a true insider. I want to go beyond just visiting tourist spots, and I believe that Couchsurfing provides the perfect platform for this.

I grew up in Bolivia, surrounded by vibrant culture and incredible landscapes, and now I'm living in the beautiful city of Brussels. I love the diversity and energy of this city, but I'm also eager to explore new places and connect with new people.

Couchsurfing allows me to meet like-minded travelers and local hosts who are passionate about cultural exchange. I'm excited to have the opportunity to share my experiences and knowledge of Brussels, and to learn about the places that my guests come from.

So why am I on Couchsurfing? I'm on Couchsurfing to build connections, broaden my horizons, and create lasting memories through travel. I believe that there's no better way to see the world than through the eyes of the people who live there, and I'm eager to get started!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm a big fan of indie and rock music, and I love discovering new artists and bands from around the world. Some of my favorite indie bands include Radiohead, Tame Impala, and Arcade Fire. When it comes to rock, I love the classic sounds of The Rolling Stones, The Who, and Led Zeppelin. I also enjoy attending concerts and music festivals, and I'm always open to discovering new and exciting music.

Movies: While I enjoy a wide range of movies, I'm especially drawn to indie films and documentaries. I love watching movies that tell unique and captivating stories, and I appreciate films that are thought-provoking and challenge the status quo. Some of my favorite indie films include Juno, Little Miss Sunshine, and Moonlight.

Books: I'm a big fan of fantasy and science fiction, and I love to get lost in imaginative worlds and stories. Some of my all-time favorites include The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin, and Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. I also enjoy reading about mythical creatures and enchanted worlds, and I find that fantasy books are a great way to escape reality and explore new and exciting worlds.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the world of music, movies, and books. I find that these activities help me to relax, escape from the daily grind, and gain new perspectives on the world. I would be happy to share my favorites with my guests and discover new ones together!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm proud to offer my cozy one-bedroom apartment as a place for travelers to stay while they're in Brussels. I have a big couch in the living room that can comfortably accommodate one person, and I would be more than happy to share my space with someone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

My apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short walk from several great cafes, restaurants, and shops. I would be happy to share my favorite local spots with my guests and show them around the city. I also have a well-equipped kitchen, so if my guests are interested in cooking, I would be happy to share my space and some ingredients with them.

I have a lot of local knowledge and experience in Brussels, and I would be happy to share my tips and recommendations for things to see and do in the city. Whether my guests are looking for a quiet place to relax or they want to explore all that Brussels has to offer, I will do my best to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
