I'm a professional frisbee playing, book loving, minimalist American currently living in Galway, Ireland. I like breakfast, big laughs, reading, writing, R&B music, all music, running up hills, grilled vegetables, compassion, and running down hills. I'm overly competitive when it comes to board games. Big fan of living out of a backpack and swapping stories with people from all around the world.

I have a thing for couches. But mostly it's the opportunity to share stories and insights from all walks of life. I think seeing how we all live in our cities and contributing our experiences can make the world a more connected and compassionate place.
