About Me

Hi! My name is Erik, I'm currently living in Malmö Sweden. It's a really interesting part of sweden, with lots of diversity, culture and the fact that the city is located close to Denmark's capital Copenhagen.
I'm a spontaneous guy, I love not having a plan, and just letting it play out. By that not saying I'm not organized, I like building stuff, fixing things or figuring out how something works, cooking is fun and I enjoy just hanging out trading stories and discussing interesting topics!
I'm a kind of restless person that like being on the run and discovering new places and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Living with people that are familiar with the town you are totally foreign to, I believe that's the best way to get to know a city and all the "smultronställen" ( Swedish expression for the best spots)

Interests

I like music very much, Spotify is constantly playing at my apartment, I'm interested in art, all things esthetic. Movies, philosophy and Photography. I like cooking and traveling to different countries!

Music, Movies, and Books

Funky beats, a big favorite is daft punk, and Sweden's pride Blueswede!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Berlin by my self on midsummer a couple of years ago, I probably walked 10 Swedish miles.
One day I hadn't seen the sun since the day before, it was cloudy and partially raining, during the day I had rented a bike, snuck in to an amazing abandoned amusement park, got caught by the guards patrolling the perimeter and lett of with a warning. And when the day was almost over, the sun was setting behind the clouds, I was walking the grass roads of the enormous closed airport named Tempelhof listening to an jawdropping album by a musician named Shigeto, the sun broke through the thick clouds and everything got lined with the colors of summer, I could see the radio tower glimmer on the far side of the city. It was amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm great company, I like listening and I'm not a demanding person, I can cook and since I don't own a dishwasher I'm a world class professional at washing dishes

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Norway, Poland, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom
