Before that I finished a Master’s in political science. If you ask me this is a fundamental study because politics and appurtenant dynamics fundamental for understanding human nature: "man is by nature a political animal" (Aristotle 4thC BC).
Despite being a political animal, I also think that man is a culinary animal that I’m trying to fulfill by cooking and baking a lot.
I especially enjoy baking breed and making the perfect cup of coffee.
And lastly, if I have not made myself clear 😉, I love riding, not on a living creature but instead on my mechanical racing bike that creates the perfect feeling of freedom.
