Who says life should be easy? It would be wonderful if breakfast magically appeared in bed or if staying healthy meant eating hamburgers. But that's not how it works.

So here’s my reality: I’m mostly vegan and try to eat healthy. I do calisthenics and bodyweight training five times a week. I also practice improv and modern dance. As a photographer, I love capturing beautiful moments with models. Additionally, I practice ice bathing, meditation, and energy work. Even my toothpaste and shampoo are organic. And my cat, Eros, is just the sweetest.

🔷 Join a calisthenics/bodyweight personal or group training session (I’m a trainer with my own studio and group).
🔷 Participate in an ice bathing session.
