We are on the cusp of discovering the full beauty of Biodynamic Farming! We desire to help people be healthy; Erik, through exercise and activity, and Casey, through nutrition and balanced lifestyle.

ABOUT ME

Erik has a big heart and is very driven. He often challenges himself and is dedicated to growing and improving himself. Erik knows how to have a good time and will try his hardest to make you laugh.

Casey is your sweet, fun loving red head. She loves trying new things and especially loves to dance. Her heart is in nutrition and preventing illness and diseases. Other passions lie in archeology and taking care of her man!

We are a fun young loving couple who have learned that life is short. We're currently farming outside of Sacramento and then traveling cross country for a month. Along the way we're creating as many adventures and memories in life as possible!

PHILOSOPHY

We learned Love and Truth through God which gives us appreciation of culture, people and experiences. We constantly strive to learn more and challenge ourselves through travel, reading and conversation. LOVE conversation, its the only way to understand others!
