ABOUT ME

We are quite cool people, we love sharing experiences, laughing, playing games, hicking, traveling, discovering new places and new people.
We are very curious ! We like food and cook and cats! In a nutshell, we are interesting persons, we hope ;-) !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to travel but not really in "touristic way". We don't like to go in hotels nor spend money for this sort of (mercantile) things.
In general, we rather do hiking and find a good camp-bivouac site.
But we also like discover and visit cities (especially the historical part) and meet new people.

We think that couchsurfing is a very cool and humanistic project, which corresponds exactly the way we design the trip.

Interests

Erik
Martial Arts (mainly Karate, several years of practice, different styles, but also other disciplines like kickboxing and kenjutsu).

Natacha
Theater (play and improvisation) and Dance (all kind of), Environment

Both of us
Escape from reality through:
Role Playing Games (like Tolkien's Middle Earth and other universes form the litterature). I (Erik) like to write the scenarii and manage the game.
& LARP (like RPG but in real time and space!)

Travelling and hiking (Mountain, Forest).

Listening music and reading (a lot)

Watching series (Big Bang Theory, Sherlock Holmes, Homeland, Ripper street, Game of Thrones, True Detective, Battlestar Gallactica, Firefly, the Tudors...)

Playing all types of games but not the Monopoly ;-) !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Road trip through Connemara with bikes ! Crazy but so funny and good !

Sunset observing the ocean since top of cliffs in Brittany ! Beautiful !

Being on the road with snow but not good car tires : a bit scary ! :-)

Swimming in the ocean, at the west part of France (Ouessant Island) the water was 15°C at the surface! Very, very cold, but we are proud of that !
