About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Absorbing sounds and colors at an almost unbearable rate
ABOUT ME
I like random sounds (broken escalators, crunching leaves, scratchy radios, and drafty stairwells, just to name a few). I need to be near the ocean as much as possible. I like to get out and travel alone or with family at least once a year. I enjoy sharing my passions with others. Also being hardcore, always.
I also yadda yadda yadda... I don't know. Ask me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new to couch surfing, but so far the one experience I had in Paris was above and beyond what I expected. Meeting my host was like hanging out with an old friend.

Music, Movies, and Books
hmmm...
Movies: anything by Stanely Kubrick, Quentin Tarentino, or Wes Anderson
Music: Right now I'm really into flamenco and street music of most genres as long as the musicians are actually putting themselves out there. My favorite artists right now are Tom Waits, Animal Collective, Nick Cave, Ariel Pink, Piero Umiliani, Shuggie Otis, and way more than anyone probably wants to read.
Books: I'm currently enjoying Moby Dick, and anything by Anthony Burgess, John Collier, Ray Bradbury, or Ernest Hemingway is just fine by me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-I once accidentally jumped over a rattlesnake. I was 9 or 10. It ruled hard.
-I used to be an assistant scuba instructor in SoCal. Have you ever seen bioluminescent dinoflagellates? Look em up.
-I used to surf with dolphins around Newport Beach, now it's mostly otters, seals, and sharks in Santa Cruz.
-Costa Rica. Enough said.
-I just saw a flamenco show at Sacromonte that shook me to my core and super-charged my soul.
