If I had to identify myself short phrase, I would say I am a clown builder based in Tbilisi (Georgia). I love to design things, whatever they are. It could be clothing or a chair. At my job, I design games. And also, I love to make fun of things so much that I even took a course in theatre clowning!

In Tbilisi, I build a community of designers called Type Thursday, where we meet on a monthly basis and discuss letters.

If I were to try to be useful during my stay, I would cook you the coolest Draniki you've ever tried!

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
My music taste is a mix of your grandma's favourite songs, underground electronics and the brass orchestra in the circus. So, I love melodical electronics, which has a lot of soul in it.

Maribou State, Chapelier Fou, La Femme, Colin Stetson, Erik Truffaz. Of course, Alt-J, the Blaze. AND I am big fan of Lady Gaga.

BOOKS
I love the universes of Kurt Vonnegut, some books of Ernest Hemingway. Some russian classics and moderns: 'Kys' of Tatiana Tolstaya, Ilf and Petrov have an amazing sense of humour.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a big hike around Tusheti -- it's a region in Georgia that is famous for its dangerous roads and isolation from the rest of the country. It was 7 days of walking in the mountains up and down. I almost died but felt grateful and amazed.

Teach, Learn, Share

I play trumpet, so I will probably have a pocket one with me. We can make a small music jam together! I used to play the saxophone too, so I can tell a lot about the brass music.

I can teach you some dance movements. I've tried many styles and probably can get you on a walk and show some of house, wacking, electro, and contemporary.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've been living in Georgia for 4 years, so I can share the experience of living abroad.

Also, I was trying to build a community of designers in a very foreign landscape (it's called Type Thursday, you can check our Instagram), so if you are interested in the community organisation in any topic, we can exchange our experiences.
