I'm a mother of 4 living in a small town located in beautiful Southern Oregon. I love running, mothering, family, friends, being outdoors, eating good food and drinking great beer with my crew. I enjoy reading, writing, watching documentaries, teaching and educating my kiddos, as well as constantly developing myself. I'm lucky to be raising my 4 kids alongside my brother and sister; we collectively have 11 kids and are raising them as a tribe. My home is filled with the bustling sounds of family and children; it may seem chaotic at times but in the quiet, it fills my heart with joy. We believe in sound science, social acceptance, and strive to be peaceful humans. ✌❤

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I venture out and start traveling on my own, I find comfort in the conversation and hospitality so many hosts have to offer. I've stayed with couch surfing hosts as well as helped host/ accomodate several couch surfers who have stayed my with sister (Michelle Heaton- she's hosted for years). It's been enjoyable to meet people from not only all over the country, but all over the world from different walks of life. It's like being sat next to another person on a plane whom you happen to connect and coversate with the entire duration of the flight. With most of her couch surfers, I usually learn something new, feel excited to share part of life/ culture with them, and hope they part ways with fond and enjoyable memorieis of us.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love books that bring me enlightenment; usually science, sociological, biographies, or stories based from real events. I love psychological thrilling movies as well as comedies. I like most music, but am not fond of Country or Christian.
