Hi!

My name's Erika and I'm a bit new to this whole couch surfing thing, but I'm a fast learner! I come from California , but I spent my childhood growing up in Seattle, Washington. So I've got love for the mountains and the ocean. I studied Philosophy at university so I enjoy thoughtful conversation and debate - far better than meaningless small talk. I thrive off of the outdoors and need to be outside in order to stay sane. Back home you can find me camping around Yosemite or hiking along the coast.

I'm looking for hosts who would like to share dinner, go hiking or go to a local pub (or ideally all three) and teach me more about your awesome country. In return hopefully I can convince you that not all Americans are close-minded bigots who vote for Donald Trump!

I just recently got addicted to climbing and I've got my shoes and harness so if you need a belay partner I'm here! Let's climb!
