About Me
I'm a world traveling fun zone. My biggest adventure: I gave up my life in New York with 3-weeks notice and took off 3 years (was supposed to be 3 months) to travel in my 30's. Solo, I visited 18 countries overseas (mostly Asia), then drove across N America from Boston to Vancouver, Canada, during winter over the Rockies, while snowboarding at 11 resorts! I then explored western Canada 1 year and am now happy to live in greater Seattle with my husband and daughter.
I've been a graphic designer and a psychologist. A photographer and a furniture refinisher. A hip hop dancer and shipwreck diver. A climber and a cook. A snowboarder and softball player. You want to do an activity, i'm the first to say YES!
I love all people and food and the sense of wonder that change brings me.
My country count is up to 51 now and I look forward to wherever freedom and curiosity takes my family.
Disclaimer ** no smoking of any kind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There could never be just one!
I've been an emergency foster mom.
I've worked in a men's prison.
I help non-verbal autistic kids communicate through art.
2014 to 2017 I backpacked alone throughout 20 countries. I gave up my life in the USA to explore what its like to be flexible, spontaneous and welcoming to change. It was fantastic! I've made life long friends and memories and have new appreciation for what it's like to feel free and aimless.
I've summited Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, Markah Valley, and been to base camp Everest (all over 5000m). I dove to over 40m into the dark hulls of sunken navy warships in the Philippines, Australia & Bali. I nearly drowned rafting in the Zambezi. I was dragged off a cliff paragliding in Nepal. I was thrown from a wild horse in Mongolia. I rescued a rock climber in Thailand. I was chased on my mountain bike by wild dogs (wolves?) on an island in the deepest lake in the world in Russia. I've slept on the night trains as the only woman, in India.
Being in air, on land, under sea is fascinating.
I designed the DVD graphics and menus for the first Spider-Man movie.
