This autumn I am moving to Dublin, Ireland and I am more than open to meet new people who is already living in Ireland or who am just passing by the green island.
I recently moved from Sweden where I just finished my bachelor in Human Resources Management. Feeling very optimistic to go to Dublin and start living there. Seems like a wonderful place.
Personal quotes that I try to live by: "Life is what you make it" and
"You will miss 100% of all the shots you do not shoot". Where of the last quote was said by one of the greatest hockey players of all time.. and well, it did go pretty good for him... =)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
First time couchsurfing were in 2009 backpacking through Europe by train for a months time. This was going to open up a new door for me and I was very surprised of the friendliness of people offering us a place to stay.
Also during that travel I came in sight of Barcelona for the first time, which was going to be one my favourite cities of the world... and a lifestyle and culture that has formed my personality into who I am today.
Where in 2010 I moved to Barcelona with just a little knowledge of the language. I made a living by working at IKEA. I started to participate in language classes and diffrente events. During this time I came to meet a lot of good friends, that still today are in my heart. When looking back now, after living there for more than a years time I sit here with big silly smile upon my face, thinking about the opertunities that CS has opened up for me =)
I LOVE to try new things out! Whether it's to try new activities, sports, or eat new food, I believe that you'll gain a valuable experience in everything you do in life.
Food might very well be on the biggest interest I have. I mean, as we all need food in life, why don't we cook and eat as tasty as we possibly can? I think that when trying out new dishes you sometimes find a new favourite dish, sometimes you don't... I normally likes spicy food, however when trying out the world's spiciest hotdog, in Stockholm, known as "Harakiri" it just was a bit over my edge haha! But hey, a new experience =)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My trip to South America, where I visited several countries such as Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Brasil. I always try to travel as light as possible and to be quick and neat. I have a keen interest in meeting new people, but at the same time I am also very conscience of other peoples space and privacy and try to respect that.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Namibia, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom
