I’m an easy-going, friendly 29-year old from Canada. I love to dance, laugh, play board games, and generally have a good time! In my lifetime, I’d love to experience as many corners of the world as I can. I left my job the summer of 2018 to spend the better part of a year travelling with my partner, Mark. Our goal for this year is simple; connect with amazing people from all over the world, eat delicious food, experience new cultures, and dive headfirst into new experiences. I’m a yoga teacher...but who isn’t these days. My passion lies in helping people to heal their bodies through yoga therapy. This summer, I will be starting a 1000 hour program to become a certified yoga therapist and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m fascinated by natural movement and could talk your ear off about the benefits of leaving your conventional footwear behind.

Yes, yes, and yes!! I’ll listen (and probably dance) to almost anything. I love to read and could easily lose hours in a good book. I feel about movies the way I feel about food; I’ll try anything once.

I left a career that was killing me to explore the world and chase my dreams. I know it’s a thing that people do all the time but it feels pretty damn amazing to me!
