Travelling is my life!

I like to move around, live in new places and experience different ways of life. I grew up near the coast but currently living in the country. I have also lived in the city for a lot of my adult life.
I have worked in the travel and tourism industry as well as the hospitality industry and have travelled extensively around the world and throughout Australia.

I am about to take off on a solo journey throughout the USA, Central America, Canada and hopefully even South America, over the next year or two. I have no plans and can't wait to see where this will take me.

I like to be spontaneous, adventurous and enjoy life. I'll try anything once.

I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I like to think I'm easy to get along with, relaxed in life and I take each day as it comes.

I am not local to the town I am currently living in but can definitely share what I know about the area and give plenty of suggestions on places to see in Australia in general. I have travelled all states except one, mostly by road in my motorhome and kombi van. I love stopping off at little country towns and having a beer or ten with the locals :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have recently joined couchsurfing for my upcoming adventure throughout the Americas. As I mentioned I love meeting new people and hanging out with locals of the area, you can learn so much more from them. I myself have not yet couch surfed but am in love with the fact that people open up their homes for free to likeminded people, people that love to travel even on a shoestring.

Ran in my undies for Children's Tumour Foundation
Sailed in a Felucca for 3 days along the Nile.
Rode in a Mokoro in Hippo infested waters in Botswana
