Présentation
À propos de moi
I'm traveling to Greece this October to volunteer with Refugees. After I’m done, I’ll travel a bit before I return to California.
I quit my job working in Public Health/women’s health in July where I worked hard for 6 years and decided to take a break and travel. I wanted to do a few of the things that I didn’t have time for while I was working (the US doesn’t give very much time off, as most people already know). Volunteering with refugees from the Middle East was one thing that I felt very passionate about, so I did it! Since I was already in Greece, I decided to travel around the country a bit. I will eventually make my way to Paris and then fly home.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I just watched “The Lobster” and I’m still not sure how I feel about it.
I love to read, and I’m currently reading “The Sympathizer” by Viet Tranh Nguyen, which I really like. Some of my favorites are The Neapolitan Novels by Elena Ferrante, “Hunger” by Roxanne Gay, “Kindred” by Octavia Butler, “East of Eden” by John Steinbeck. I could go on...
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Quitting my job. That was a hard decision and a big leap into the unknown.
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
I love to cook, so a home cooked meal. One of the best things about traveling is trying the food that locals love, so a dinner out as well.
